From China – the famous smoked tea from Wuyi Shan in Fujian. The leaves are smoked over pine logs creating a flavour like no other. Can be drunk with or without milk.
BLACK TEA
The process of oxidation creates black tea. The leaves are exposed to oxygen enriched air over a period of time causing chemical changes within and on the surface of the leaf. Our black teas are from Australia, China, India and Sri Lanka.
